    好好睡觉

                            好好睡觉,真得要好好睡觉了。要不写着写着稿就开始飘了,呵呵!导致睡眠不好有很多种原因,要找到自己的原因才能提高自己的睡眠质量。我觉得我有时是精神紧张,不太会放松自己的精神,所以有时会睡不着,还有总喜欢吃辣的,太刺激了,真是要提高睡眠要改好多地方啊。睡眠提高了,人就会精力充沛,做事的时候就会很清醒,思路清晰,也不会浑身都疼,哪都难受,睡眠不好,皮肤会不好,人就没有气色,身体的免疫力也会降低,真的要好好睡觉了!呵呵……
